It is important to maintain a balance when link building. It is better to use three different link texts and alternate them every 50 links or so. This will keep you within the major SE's limits and help to make your link building to look more organic.

By optimizing your index page for three terms and then linking using those three terms then you will build a wide platform on which your site will rank.
